What is Kroose Tart?
A dry blend of three food acids (malic, citric and tartaric acid) that adds tartness to drinks. It comes in a 4 oz (113 g) dasher-top bottle.
Does it taste like lemon or lime?
No flavors are added. Kroose Tart is just tart, so your drink keeps its own flavor.
How much should I use?
Start with a dash, stir, and taste. One serving is 1 tsp (3 g).
