Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (not on weekends or holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping is free to addresses in the continental United States; other shipping methods or destinations may have fees, shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties or VAT, which are the customer's responsibility.

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, email info@kroose.com with your name and order number.
